1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 33bdg ("33bdg", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 33bdg website, mobile interface, gaming content, sportsbook, and all related services accessible at https://33bdg.io.

By registering an account, accessing any game, placing any wager, or making any deposit on the 33bdg platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. 3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 33bdg platform. Registering, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, a pseudonym, or the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited. All accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and associated balances may be voided.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number. Supplying false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33bdg login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

A maximum of one pending withdrawal request may be held at any time per account.

4.4 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by 33bdg are subject to wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion page states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is twenty times (20x) the bonus amount. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds remain unavailable for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

33bdg reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated on the promotion page. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to systematic exploitation of low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements — may have their bonus voided, their winnings forfeited, and their account suspended.

5.4 Promotional Changes

33bdg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus funds already credited to player accounts at the time of the change, provided those funds are within their validity period.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 33bdg are governed by the specific sport rules published in the sportsbook section. In the event of ambiguity, 33bdg's interpretation of the applicable rule shall be final. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are subject to the cricket-specific rules governing match abandonment, rain interruptions, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes.

6.2 Live Betting

In-play betting markets are offered subject to real-time data availability. 33bdg reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle any in-play market based on the information available at the time of settlement. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined — whether due to data feed delay or any other reason — may be voided at 33bdg's discretion.

6.3 Casino Games

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33bdg platform. Violation of any of the following rules is grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players in any game or market to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or undocumented game behaviours to generate winnings.

9 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33bdg, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 33bdg platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes.

33bdg makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You accept all risk associated with your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such exclusions are not permitted under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Account Suspension & Termination

33bdg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Request by the player to close the account.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon account closure initiated by the player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may have balances forfeited.

13 Amendments to These Terms

33bdg reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify active players via on-platform notification or email. Your continued use of the 33bdg platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures. 33bdg's decision on all gaming and wagering disputes — including settlement disputes, bonus disputes, and technical malfunction claims — shall be final in the absence of demonstrable material error.
